**Inspection and Rejection:**
Emme Foods meticulously selects each item from the warehouse to ensure product quality. To safeguard your rights, please conduct a face-to-face check with the delivery personnel or warehouse staff upon receiving the goods. Verify product type, specifications, quantity (including the minimum packaging unit), amount, packaging, tickets, etc. Ensure they match your order accurately before signing for acceptance. If someone else collects your order, they have the same rights as you.
**Returns Policy:**
We assure stringent quality checks, but for a pleasant shopping experience, inspect goods for damage, deterioration, or omissions upon receipt. Report any issues within 24 hours via our hotline or email for compensation or return. Unfortunately, complaints cannot be processed after this timeframe. We appreciate your understanding.
**Delivery Terms:**
Free shipping is applicable for orders over $500 CAD before tax and to customers within the specified delivery areas, including Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby, Delta, North Vancouver, Surrey, New Westminster, Coquitlam, West Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, White Rock, and Langley. For orders under $500 before tax, pickup from our warehouse is required, as no delivery will be arranged.
For orders of $500 or less before tax, you will need to pick up your order from our warehouse and no delivery will be arranged.
